DON'T JUST ADVERTISE
TO THE BMW COMMUNITY.
BECOME PART OF IT.
Bavarian Endurance Battle is more than twelve hours of racing. It is a gathering of racers, builders, BMW owners, professional shops, grassroots teams, manufacturers, vendors, clubs, families and enthusiasts brought together by a shared passion for BMW and motorsport.
Come meet the community. Show people what you do. Support something memorable. Help us build part of the event. Or put your own BMW on the starting grid and prove what your shop can build.
There are many ways to become part of the Battle.
SET UP A BOOTH.
MEET THE COMMUNITY.
If your business belongs around BMW enthusiasts, racers, builders or automotive culture, bring it to them.
BEB plans to combine endurance racing with a larger BMW gathering, creating opportunities for businesses to establish a physical presence at the event.
Display your products. Demonstrate what you do. Bring parts. Bring merchandise. Bring something people can touch, see or experience.
More importantly, meet the people behind the cars.
BMW specialists, fabrication shops, parts manufacturers, apparel companies, tool companies, automotive brands and businesses outside motorsport may all have something valuable to bring to the Battle.
PUT YOUR NAME ON SOMETHING PEOPLE REMEMBER.
Not everything worth recognizing happens at the front of the field.
Bavarian Endurance Battle intends to recognize more than finishing position. Endurance racing creates stories of perseverance, craftsmanship, sportsmanship, determination and teams refusing to surrender when everything begins going wrong.
Businesses can help us recognize those moments. Sponsor an award. Help create the trophy. Put your name behind something that represents what your company believes deserves recognition.
SPONSOR THE PLACE EVERY TEAM WANTS TO STAND.
Twelve hours of racing eventually leads to one place. The podium.
Businesses can help fund, construct, furnish or brand the official Bavarian Endurance Battle podium and presentation area.
The podium will become the setting for trophies, team photographs, victory celebrations and some of the most important images created during the event.
The celebration may last minutes. The photographs can last for years.
THERE IS MORE THAN ONE WAY TO SPONSOR A RACE.
A partnership does not have to mean writing one enormous check.
Some companies may want to financially support the event. Others may have products, materials, equipment, professional services or resources that can help us create it.
Tell us what you do. Tell us what you can provide. We may find a way to build it into the Battle.
In the meantime, we welcome businesses to contact us now. Some of the most meaningful partnerships may not fit neatly inside a predetermined package, and we are open to developing opportunities around what your company can contribute and how you would like to participate.

HELP BRING THE BEB PARADE OF HONOR TO LIFE.
TWELVE HOURS DESERVES MORE THAN A CHECKERED FLAG.
Building an endurance race car takes months of work, sacrifice and teamwork. Racing one for twelve hours asks even more.
When the race is over, we want the drivers, builders, mechanics and crews who took on that challenge to have a moment that belongs to them.
Bavarian Endurance Battle is developing the BEB Parade of Honor, a closing celebration where the teams and the people behind the cars become the stars.
A decorated parade truck would lead the procession with upbeat Bavarian music, blue and white flags and hosts in traditional Bavarian attire. Behind it, the illuminated BEB Safety Car would lead the top three overall finishing teams, proudly carrying their championship trophies.
Then comes the field. Race cars. Drivers. Mechanics. Crew members. The people who spent twelve hours keeping those BMWs alive.
Spectators would line the route with flags as the teams make their way toward the awards ceremony.
And finishing the race would not be a requirement for joining the celebration. Repaired cars could rejoin the field. If a BMW could not move under its own power, its crew could walk the parade route without it.
Lead the Procession
Provide or sponsor a suitable low platform vehicle, driver, decorations or preparation for the lead parade vehicle.
Music & Audio
Provide speakers, microphones, sound equipment or professional audio support for the procession and awards ceremony.
Category Championship Trophies
Help fund, design or manufacture the championship trophies presented to the first, second and third place finishers in each BEB racing category.
Bavarian Flags & Decorations
Provide blue and white flags, banners, traditional elements, attire or other decorations for the procession.
Parade Giveaways
Donate checkered flags, Bavarian flags, hats, shirts or keepsakes that event ambassadors can distribute to spectators.
Podium & Awards Area
Sponsor or provide the podium, backdrop, lighting, furniture, staging or other elements surrounding the awards celebration.
Photography & Video
Help document the procession, teams and celebrations so competitors have something they can remember and share.
Services & Volunteers
Support parade coordination, announcing, event ambassadors, logistics, photography, video or volunteer staffing.
PUT YOUR BUSINESS BEHIND THE CELEBRATION.
The Parade of Honor creates opportunities for businesses to support something competitors and spectators will actually experience.
Depending on the contribution, recognition opportunities may include presenting sponsorship of the parade, branding on the parade truck or ceremony backdrop, acknowledgment during the ceremony, and features in BEB event communications and social content.
Specific recognition will be developed individually with each participating business.
For shops and automotive businesses in particular, this is an opportunity to stand beside the people who build, repair, maintain and race these BMWs.
The BEB Parade of Honor is currently in development. Final route, vehicle arrangements, participation procedures and timing will be coordinated with the venue.
DON'T TELL US WHAT YOUR SHOP CAN BUILD.
SHOW US.
There is another way for an automotive business to participate.
Build a BMW and race it.
A shop car can become far more than a race entry. It can become a rolling demonstration of the people, knowledge and craftsmanship behind your business.
Bring your technicians. Bring your customers. Bring your friends.
Document the build. Share the preparation. Show the failures. Show the repairs. Then bring the car to the Battle and see whether what you built can survive twelve hours.
Your BMW does not need to be the most expensive car in the paddock. It needs to be prepared. And it needs to finish.
Put your business on the starting grid.
TURN RACE WEEKEND INTO A COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE.
Bavarian Endurance Battle is being developed as more than a competition taking place behind a fence.
The larger vision includes racing, a BMW car show, vendors, hospitality, gathering spaces and opportunities for the BMW community to spend time together.
That creates possibilities for businesses to invite customers, employees, partners and guests to experience the event with them.
It is made through a shared experience.
HAVE AN IDEA WE HAVEN'T THOUGHT OF?
GOOD.
We do not want to limit partnerships to a predetermined menu.
Maybe your company provides something unusual. Maybe you see an opportunity we have missed. Maybe you have an idea that sounds slightly crazy.
Bavarian Endurance Battle is still being built, and that creates opportunities that may not exist once every piece of the event has already been spoken for.
Bring us the idea. Let's see what we can build together.
TELL US HOW YOU WANT TO BE PART OF THE BATTLE.
Whether you want to sponsor something, provide products or services, bring your business to the paddock or put a shop BMW on the grid, tell us what you have in mind.
There is more than one way into the Battle.
Tell us about your business and what interests you. We are open to ideas, including opportunities we may not have considered yet.
This is an expression of interest only. Starting a conversation does not commit your business to anything.
THE PADDOCK NEEDS MORE THAN RACE CARS.
It needs builders. It needs businesses. It needs volunteers. It needs people willing to contribute products, ideas, equipment, services and resources.
It needs companies willing to help create the environment surrounding the racing.
It needs shops willing to put their reputations on four wheels and see if what they built can survive twelve hours.
And occasionally, it needs the shop owner crazy enough to look at a perfectly good BMW and say:
“YOU KNOW WHAT?
LET'S RACE THE DAMN THING FOR TWELVE HOURS.”
BRING YOUR BUSINESS.
BRING YOUR PEOPLE.
BRING YOUR BMW.
